The leaders of European Union has held an emergency meeting on the latest Britain's decision to leave EU. EU leaders has pressed Britain to waste no time triggering its divorce from the bloc.

The European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has urged UK to clarify its position on Brexit as soon as possible, and he said there will be no talk with Britain until it notifies EU departure.

This has been echoed by German Chancelor Angela Merkel, who says no cherry-picking for the UK. But Prime Minister David Cameron --who announced his plan to resign-- has insisted Britain will not pull the trigger until his successor is in place in September.
