Ukraine almost pull level with Yevhen Konoplyanka's shot beating Manuel Neuer, but Jerome Boateng clears the effort off the goal-line. That helps Die Manschaft hold a 1-nil lead at halftime.
Germany set up more chances after the break but only seal the victory in stoppage time. Bastian Schweinsteiger comes on after 90 minutes and slams in Mesut Ozil's cross. The Germans beat Ukraine 2-0 for a good start to their Euro 2016 campaign.
