The annual Shangri-La Dialogue, one of Asia's biggest annual security forums, is underway in Singapore. On Saturday, the second day of debate, key issues like regional security challenges, the DPRK's nuclear program and the South China Sea were discussed.
The United States and Japan criticized China on territorial issues. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said the two nations are ignoring basic facts and making groundless accusations against China. She said their aim was to set China and its neighbours against each other.
