US President Barack Obama has wrapped up his three-day visit to Vietnam, his first as US president.
Obama visited the capital Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. He witnessed the signing of a raft of deals, gave a speech on relations, and announced that the United States is lifting a decades-long arms embargo on Vietnam.
The US president also touched on the issue of the South China Sea dispute. He said, "Big nations should not bully smaller ones, disputes should be resolved peacefully", which many saw as being aimed at Beijing.
