Indian President Pranab Mukherjee is now in China for a four-day state visit. Mukherjee's first stop is south China's city of Guangzhou, where he attended the India-China Business Forum this morning.
He delivered a speech to business leaders, saying India greatly welcomes Chinese investment. He said although the bilateral trade is still in favor of China, India is expecting more balanced trade ties, with the introduction of India's IT services and pharmaceutical industry into China.
The Indian President will arrive here in Beijing on Thursday, before departing for India on Friday.
