A meeting of the Foreign Minister's Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, is taking place in Uzbekistan's Tashkent for two days from today. For more on this, in the studio we now have Mr. Teng Jianqun, director of Center of Arms Control, at the China Institute of International Studies.
Q1: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi paid a visit to Central Asia before the meeting. Some analysts say he will try to consolidate cooperation in regional security, and push forward economic cooperation under the "One Belt One Road" initiative. How do you see this?
Q2: The meeting is also being seen as preparation for the organization's summit in June. What's your opinion about the upcoming summit?
