Q1. If Mansour is indeed dead, what would be the implications for the Taliban?

Q2. The deaths of Taliban top leaders from Osama bin Laden to Mullah Omar and now to Akhtar Mansur have of course incited more instability within the group itself. Does that further complicate the peace process in Afghanistan?
