Greek defence minister said a body part, seats and one or more items of luggage have been found by crews searching for the wreckage. He said other aircraft participating in the search had "allegedly reported more findings in another area, but currently no official confirmation."

Egypt's Armed Forces on Friday said they found debris from the missing plane 290 kilometers north of the coastal city of Alexandria. Greece and France are working with Egypt to find the rest of the plane.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi expressed his condolences to the families of the victims earlier today.
