HONG KONG, May 17 (Xinhua) -- China's top legislator Zhang Dejiang arrived in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) on Tuesday to attend the Belt and Road Summit.

Zhang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will also inspect the Hong Kong SAR during the three-day trip.
