Curry would be just third point guard to win back-to-back MVPs
To the NBA now, and good news for the Golden State as league MVP Steph Curry was activated for Game four of his team's second round series with Portland. The Warriors guard has missed the last five post-season games because of an MCL sprain in his knee. He suffered that after turning his ankle in the opening game of the playoffs against Houston.
And that is not the only good news for Curry, as reports claim he will win his second straight MVP award. The sharp-shooter led the NBA in scoring, pouring in more than 30-a-game, as he led the Dubs to an NBA record 73 wins in the regular season. Curry is trying to become the first unanimous league MVP, and if he wins the award, would be just the third point guard to win the honor back-to-back. The other two -- Steve Nash, and Magic Johnson.

Second half -- and the Warriors start to cut into the lead. -- Klay thompson nails the triple. He had 23 -- and it is a 5-point game.
G-State would outscore Portland 29-18 in the third to take the lead -- and Curry starts doing Curry things -- GSW up 5.
But Dame Dollar would clutch up -- off a turnover he cans the triple- - he had 36 -- and the Blazers are back in front.
FInal seconds -- and the Warriors down three-- and Harrison Barnes dials long distance -- we are tied at 111-111. And we are going to overtime.
And in the extra session -- Curry is out in front of the crowd and he puts the Golden State in front.
And then he seals it with a triple -- The chef cooks up 40 points in his return from a knee injury -- Golden state comes from 16-points down to beat portland in OT and take a 3-1 series edege.
Wade's 30 points helps tie series at 2-2
The other series had Toronto in Miami looking to take a 3-1 series lead, early on Kyle Lowry loses the handel, but Bismack Biyambo bring the Noise. How you like me now. He had 13.
But his errant pass a little later leads to a fast-break dunk the other way for Miami - -Dwyane Wade finishing in transition -- hosts up 4.
And D-Wade would lead an 8-oh run as South Beach look to be in control right before recess.
But after the restart, the Dinos find their rhythm as Terence Ross finds the range from outside the arce.
Inside 20 seconds and Miami down a deuece -- and Wade with the rock -- and he gets to the cup for a cool finish. 83-all and we are off to overtime.
Third time in for games, we have needed OT, in the extra session -- Goran Dragic is able to get the acrobatic lay-in as South Beach grabs a 5-point edge.
Then Wade is able to get the theft and the cram -- sealing things for Miami. They roll to a 7-point win and tie the series at 2-games all.
