14 injured people sent to Taining county hospital in the eastern province of Fujian are now in a stable condition.

Doctors say most of the injured were treated for bone fractures. Three of them are severely injured with multiple broken bones and soft tissue injuries. Some of the patients could be discharged in two or three days.

Authorities earlier said a hundred doctors had immediately been sent to Taining county hospital from surrounding hospitals. Doctors and experts are providing the injured with psychological counselling as well as medical treatment.
