Earlier, we spoke to our correspondent Barnaby Lo in Manila. He told us about reports that there are some issues with old voting machines. And that has raised some concerns.

"Certainly there are concerns there could be election fraud....it was raised a few weeks earlier....there were allegations that names does not match...only circulate on social media....a few weeks back...hackers were able to get information on voters... add to fears that there could be electoral fraud in these elections," said Barnaby Lo Manila, Philippines.
