Dozens of victims who calimed to be defrauded by a shell company have accused Taiwan's juristical authorities of "dereliction of duty" yesterday in Taipei.
They urged the authories to take responsibility of the escape of Tseng Chao-jung, who was indicted for alleagedly scamming over 37 million US dollars from abhout 3000 investors. They said the Taipei District Prosecutors office wrongfully acquieseced to Tseng's request for bail in Febuary, allowing him to flee and leaving no assets behind with which to compensate victims.
