South Korea, Japan and the United States have begun their high-level talks, as tensions build over the DPRK's nuclear and missile program.

Earlier, our correspondent U-Jean Jung told us that officials from the three countries will compare notes on their progress of implementing sanctions on the DPRK. They will also discuss what measures to take if the DPRK conducts more provocative activities.
