China is set to release its National Economic Performance for the first quarter of this year.

Sheng Laiyun, the Director-general of the Department of Comprehensive Statistics and Spokesperson for the National Bureau of Statistics, will release China's first quarter GDP, as well as consumption, investment and industrial output data .
