The cast couldn't reveal too much obviously, but it's certain that "Jon Snow" really is dead.

"He is really dead. Sadly, he's really dead and I know that people find that hard to believe but you know what I think that it's getting frustrating now the fact that people," said John Bradey, actor.

"No offensive, the fact that people ask the question but I think it shows how much we've captured the public imagination with it and people love that character so much that they don't want to believe it's true.

"But the good thing about getting the show on is that pretty soon all those questions are going to be answered and I think people are going to be satisfied with the outcome."

And the women in season six are going to be stronger and more aggressive than ever.

"This is a big season for women in general, it's a big season for all the characters but this is really, you know, the women are very bad ass in this season. It's exciting but I can't tell you anymore than that," said Sophie Turner, actress.

So it looks like a lot of our favorite characters from the past will be featured heavily again, so it promises to be as exciting as ever.

"It is the best season. When I got all the scripts I was like 'oh my God this is amazing.' Honestly more blood, more fighting, more sex, more Tommen. Know what I'm saying, it's just awesome, it's awesome. It's wicked," said Dean Charles Chapman, actor.

"Game of Thrones" season six is scheduled to premiere on 24 April.
