Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu says Turkey will continue to "stand by" Azerbaijan in the Nagarno-Karabakh conflict. He made the statement in a weekly address to members of his ruling AK Party on Tuesday.

"Regarding the clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh, we are closely following the period of clashes that started with Armenia's attack, and I condemn those attacks on behalf of the AK Party group in Turkish Parliament," he said.

"Hereby I express my condolences to martyrs of Azerbaijan who lost their lives in the Armenian attack and I offer my sympathies to our Azeri brothers."
