Q1: Mr. Teng, President Xi announced a slew of new measures to enhance nuclear security in China. How do you feel the country is performing in this regard, and what specific challenges is it facing?
Q2: Xi also called for strict supervision, and quick emergency response mechanisms to make sure nuclear terrorism never becomes a reality. What did we learn from this comment and does it mean nuclear terrorism is now a clear threat?
