Treasures in mountain: Rare white-headed langur

A white-headed langur is seen at the Bapen Nature Reserve in Fusui County,
southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, April 20, 2010. The
number of the endangered species of long-tailed monkey on China's top-level
protection list has enjoyed an obvious growth from about 600 in 2005 to 786
in 2009, according to the reserve. The white-headed langurs, one of many
endangered species of primates in Asia, is found only in southwest China's
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Langurs are also known as leaf monkeys, for
their vegetarian diet of leaves. (Xinhua/Zhou Hua)
