ISLAMABAD, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Several people were injured Friday in the southern Pakistani city of Quetta, according to local TV reports.

The blast took place in the Civil Hospital in the capital of the southern Pakistani province of Balochistan.

Firing continued after the blast.
