Quake Relief in Action: Plane with 1,000 bags of plasma arrives in Xining

BEIJING, April 15 (Xinhua) -- A plane of China Southern Airline, carrying 1,000 bags of plasma, arrived in Xining, capital city of Qinghai Province at 14:20 Thursday, for medical use in the ongoing quake relief efforts.

The company has dispatched 8 relief flights till Thursday noon, carrying 757 firemen and 73.7 tons of relief materials, to the quake-hit region.
