China's state councilor meets U.S. official on energy cooperation

WASHINGTON, April 13 (Xinhua) -- Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo met with U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu here on Tuesday, and they exchanged views on bilateral relations and energy cooperation.
