DPRK says fully ready for dialogue or war regarding U.S.-S.Korea military drill: FM

PYONGYANG, March 9 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)'s Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the country is fully ready for dialogue and war as regards the start of U.S.-South Korean joint military exercises, the KCNA reported.
