Special Report: Strong Quake Hits Haiti |
BEIJING, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese medical team arrived in Beijing Wednesday morning from Haiti after a two-week mission in the quake-hit Caribbean country.

According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the medical team, consisting of 40 military medical professionals, had treated 3,260 injured or sick locals, and distributed more than 20,000 copies of brochures on drinking water sanitation and disease control.
The team set foot in Port-au-Prince, the Haitian capital, on Jan. 25 and immediately got to work.
