DPRK refuses to return to six-party talks, demands lift of sanctions

SEOUL, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) said Monday it would not return to the six-party talks over its denuclearization unless sanctions imposed on the country are lifted, Seoul's Yonhap News Agency said quoting the statement by a DPRK's Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
