LONDON, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- England head coach Fabio Capello is due to undergo knee surgery this week, British media reported on Tuesday.
The Sun newspaper said Capello was due to have a surgery in Italy to replace his left kneecap and likely to need crutches for the next six weeks.
Capello, 63, led England to the 2010 World Cup finals in South Africa.
England is scheduled to play a friendly against Egypt at Wembley in March.
