China urban fixed-asset investment up 33.1% in first ten months

BEIJING, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- China's urban fixed-asset investment rose 33.1 percent in the first ten months, compared with the same period a year earlier, the National Bureau of Statistics said at a press conference Wednesday.
