Special Report: 2nd China-Japan-ROK Summit |
BEIJING, Oct. 9 (Xinhua) -- Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama arrived in Beijing Friday evening for the second meeting of leaders from China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK).
The trilateral meeting, scheduled for Saturday, will be chaired by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and attended by Yukio Hatoyama and ROK President Lee Myung-bak.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the launching of the trilateral cooperation.
The first meeting of leaders from China, Japan and the ROK outside the ASEAN plus China, Japan and the ROK framework was held in Fukuoka, Japan in 2008.
