Puerto Rican singer Jose Feliciano, an eight-time Grammy-winner, plans to lead the audience in a minute's silence for Jackson at the concert before singing Jackson's famous "Billy Jean."
Feliciano will also perform his thematic hit "Sound of Vienna" in new version backed by an orchestra and provide his version of the Viennese zither player Anton Karas' melody from "The Third Man."
Belgian singer Arno Hintjens and a Viennese band "Figure in Frame" will also perform at the concert.
