Obama: S&ED "essential step forward"for U.S.-China relationship

WASHINGTON, July 27 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Barack Obama said Monday that the first round of U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) is an "essential step forward in advancing a positive, constructive, and comprehensive relationship" between the two countries.
