Family, friends and fans eulogized Michael Jackson during a mournful ceremony in downtown Los Angeles.
The ceremony wrapped up with group performances of "We Are the World" and "Heal the World" sung by Lionel Richie, Jennifer Hudson and Jackson family members.
Then members of Jackson's family took the stage to thank the crowd and share their own thoughts. They were barely able to hide their emotions in the ceremony's final moments.
The most poignant moment was delivered by Jackson's sobbing 11-year-old daughter.
